I'm a Full-Stack Developer and Agentic AI Engineer, and my work splits into two lanes: AI systems and web products. I build Digital FTEs (autonomous AI employees), custom agents and workflow automation, Next.js SaaS applications, CMS and e-commerce storefronts, and APIs and integrations — plus technical consulting and MVP builds. Every engagement starts with a written spec you approve before any code is written.

I build end to end with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, using Tailwind CSS for interfaces, Node.js and Python for backend and AI work, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data. For AI agents I work with the OpenAI Agents SDK, RAG and vector search, and I deploy on Docker, AWS, Vercel, and similar infrastructure.

Yes — I'm based in Karachi, Pakistan, and I work with clients around the world. I've shipped production applications for UK-based clients in fully remote, cross-functional teams, and I currently build AI agents for international teams. I handle time-zone differences with a few overlapping hours and clear async updates.

Every engagement follows the same four steps: Discovery, Specification, Development, and Delivery. We start with a call to understand your goals and constraints, then I write a detailed spec covering features, data model, edge cases, and success criteria — which you approve before any code exists. Development runs against that approved spec with regular check-ins, and delivery includes deployed, tested code and documentation.

It depends on scope, but typical timelines are 1–3 weeks for an automation or integration, 2–6 weeks for an AI agent, 4–6 weeks for a SaaS MVP, and 8–12 weeks for a full production SaaS. The spec stage is what keeps timelines honest — once we agree on scope, I commit to a firm delivery date.

Yes — most projects ship with a support window, and I offer retainer plans for ongoing development, maintenance, monitoring, and new features. For AI agents specifically, a retainer is usually the right fit, because agents are live systems that need continuous tuning and oversight rather than a one-time handoff.

I currently take on contract projects and retainers, and I'm open to senior contract or full-time roles when the scope and timezone fit — particularly roles that combine AI agent engineering with full-stack product work. I work as an Agentic AI Engineer while running client projects through my agency, ASNEXA Technologies.
