SN Collections
SN Collections is a luxury fashion e-commerce store with a built-in AI customer support agent that answers from live order, stock and payment data around the clock. Checkout supports Stripe card payments and cash on delivery.

The Problem
A fashion store's customers kept asking the same questions about orders, stock and payments, and answers depended on someone being online. Checkout also had to serve both card buyers and customers who only pay on delivery.
02 — The Solution
The Solution
Built a Next.js + TypeScript storefront with Stripe checkout and webhook confirmation, NayaPay transaction support, and cash-on-delivery orders. A Customer Agent page lets shoppers ask the agent, which answers from live order, stock and payment data, open a ticket, or track an existing ticket. Accounts hold orders and addresses, and internal APIs handle order lookup, cancellation and dispatch.

Shipped a live store where routine order and stock questions are answered by the agent at any hour, with ticket escalation for the rest and three payment paths at checkout.
